Service Agreement

By using Trius LLC's medical courier services, you agree to these terms of service. Our services include STAT deliveries, scheduled routes, and specialized equipment transport.

Service Coverage

We provide services in the following areas:

  • Washington
  • Oregon
  • Idaho
  • Montana
  • California

Service Standards

We maintain the following standards:

  • Industry-standard compliance
  • 24/7 availability for STAT deliveries
  • Real-time tracking and documentation
  • Chain of custody protocols
  • Temperature-controlled transport when required

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate pickup and delivery information
  • Ensuring proper packaging and labeling
  • Notifying us of special handling requirements
  • Providing necessary documentation

Liability and Insurance

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all shipments. Our liability is limited to the actual value of the shipment or our insurance coverage, whichever is less.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or government actions.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept standard business payment methods. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Termination

Either party may terminate service with written notice. We will complete any pending deliveries under existing agreements.
